Sri Lanka rugby captain goes missing in South Korea

The captain of the Sri Lankan women’s rugby team, Dulani Pallekondage, who has come to South Korea to participate in the second phase of the Asian seven-a-side rugby tournament, has gone missing after the tournament.

The Namdong Police in Incheon have launched an investigation after the team manager notified the police through officials of the Korea Rugby Union.
The Sri Lankan men’s and women’s teams that participated in the tournament are scheduled to leave for Sri Lanka from Incheon Airport at around 11.30 am today.

A Korean police official said the police would do their best to find Dulani before the group left Korea.
