Reportedly Yoshitha Rajapaksa states that he has been summoned
to submit a statement in relation to an investigation being carried out on a changed coat of paint on a motor vehicle.
Yoshitha Rajapaksa informed the media of his summons whilst accompanying his mother Shiranthi Rajapaksa who was requested to be present at the CID yesterday (15).
Additionally it has been reported that the former first lady was questioned on a Defender jeep that was registered under her name for a period exceeding 3 hours at the CID yesterday.
It has also been reported that Rohitha Rajapaksa the son of the former president was present at the Police Crimes Division yesterday. Accordingly he was summoned to the Crimes Division to obtain information on the Supreme SAT-I satellite obtained from China.
Reportedly, Rohitha Rajapaksa had being operating as the Chief Engineer of the Technical Division at the Supreme Company based in China.
