Summons had been previously sent to the two members of the
Rajapaksa family on a prior occasion, but both failed to show up citing various health reasons.
Hence tomorrow had been given as an alternative date.
However, as that date too was not possible the two had been asked to appear at the CID on 15 and 16 August.
