Mr. Aravinda who is reportedly absconding from Police has used the particular jeep to go to Minuwangoda on 13 May, the day that a tense situation erupted in the area.
Reportedly two businessmen have also joined him on the journey.
Meanwhile, Propaganda Secretary of Pivithuru Hela Urumaya Attorney-at-law Thushara Dissanayake has stated that they are to take measures to obtain a restraining order in order to prevent unlawful arrest and detention of Mr.Aravinda.
He further stated that said action will be taken as there is no faith in the way the Police is functioning. Therefore the fundamental rights petition will be filed at the Supreme Court, he added.
