He said this while addressing a function at Water’s Edge hotel recently.
The President said Qatar has said we could select the location of the
town, adding that this is the first time that Qatar is granting such funds to any country.
President Sirisena said the Qatari officials had already requested him to provide a location for this town to be constructed.
