He said this addressing a public rally held in Puttalam yesterday (05).
The Prime Minister further said, “Although people have mobile phones, they don’t have Wi-Fi, but
after we provide them with Wi-Fi facilities, they can send text messages to their friends and girlfriends.”
“However, when you look at the faces of the elders, it seems they are not quite happy about this. I don’t know what the girls will do, but let’s give them free Wi-Fi and see,” he added.
