Several ministries in dismay without allocated funds!

Several ministries are in distress due to the lack of funds for the final quarter of this year as they have not received the funds allocated to them in the Budget 2017, it is reported.

It is reported that the amount due for construction that has been
completed is Rs. 88 billion.

 Meanwhile, during the recent Cabinet meeting, several MPs had raised this issue.

 Accordingly, Rs. 9 billion is due to the Health Ministry, Rs. 8 billion to the Education Ministry and Rs. 3 billion to the Western Development Ministry has to be paid.

 However, The Finance Minister had assured the relevant ministers that funds would be periodically provide after the payment of state sector salaries this month, it is reported.
