The session commenced without the attendance of the governing party MPs as they have boycotted today’s (30) parliamentary session.
This is the fourth consecutive time they have
boycotted the parliamentary session after the regime change back in October.
A motion to cut off cabinet ministers and state ministers’ access to state funds was presented to the parliament by MP Patali Champika Ranwaka while MP Ranjith Madduma Bandara seconded it.
