Police said that Koneswaran Nidharshan, a 19-year-old from Kilinochchi, had died in the accident which had occurred at the
tower which is currently under construction.
The youth had fallen from a height of some 145 meters while reports say that the elevator he had fallen from was also under construction.
Maradana Police is conducting further investigations.
