The video – taken by the police officer – shows the woman extending money to the police officer with the hope of being let off.
The video also shows the police officer berating the young woman
for attempting to offer her a bribe.
“Do you know this is an offence,” he can be heard asking. “I can arrested you for this.
When the young woman questions why he is recording her, he replies – “Because you tried to offer me a bribe – that is an offence.”
He can be heard telling the woman to come to the police station and it can be imagined charges were filed against her for her offence.
