It had been last updated on December 03, 2014.
On the top right corner of the website, it still carries former President Mahinda Rajapaksa’s Mahinda Chinthanaya details.
There is no indication of the current President Maithripala Sirisena nor the current Prisons Minister D.M. Swaminathan.
Anyone who enters the website of the Prison Reforms and Rehabilitation Ministry, would get the impression that Mahinda Rajapaksa is still the President of this country.
