Wijedasa sends LoD to Keerthi!

MP Wijedasa Rajapakshe has sent a letter of demand to CaFFE and CHR executive director Keerthi Tennakoon, accusing him of having tarnished his image and seeking Rs. 500 million as compensation.

In the LoD, Rajapakshe cites a media briefing by Tennakoon on 05 August 2017, where he accused the then justice minister of having
concealed a commission report, for around two years, into the Welikada prisoner killings and protecting the guilty.

Dated September 09, it says failure to pay the compensation within 14 days will result in court action being filed against him.
