They should refrain from revealing their ranks and other military
identities and should not have any portrayals of uniforms, military equipment or institutions.
Also, they are barred from uploading, forwarding, sharing or commenting on matters of national security, politics, religious and racial harmony etc.
A team comprising members of the signals corps has been appointed to observe if the instruction is followed.
Disciplinary action is to be taken against the violators, said the Army headquarters.
