The event is organised by Nasscom, World Information Technology
and Services Alliance and the Telangana state government.
Over 2,500 people from 30 countries are expected to participate. A Nasscom delegation comprising R Chandrasekhar, president Nasscom, BVR Mohan Reddy, founder & executive Chairman, Cyient Limited and CP Gurnani, managing director and CEO, Tech Mahindra Ltd. met minister KTR. The minister said that all the state government agencies were already geared up to ensure smooth conduct of WCIT. The Nasscom leadership gave an overview of the Conference and explained the preparatory work underway for WCIT.
