That will be done in consideration of the gazetted recent changes of the villages, towns and roads, and also in consultation with the
divisional secretaries, Grama Seva officers, religious leaders and school principles among others.
According to the surveyor general, a digital map will first be prepared and the public will be asked to submit their views and suggestions.
The final map will be posted in the department’s website and then printed and made available to the public, he adds.
