The three men are alleged to have misused public funds worth Rs. 4
billion allocated for the construction of the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Sri Lanka.
At a previous occasion Senerath, Kudabalage and Hapuwinna filed a fundamental rights petition at the Supreme Court seeking to prevent their arrest.
They were remanded on November 13 after surrendering to the Colombo Fort Magistrates' Court.
