This was stated when the Fundamental Rights petition filed by him
in the Supreme Court seeking the prevention of his arrest by the FCID, was taken up today.
Senarath told Court that he would extend his fullest cooperation to the investigations carried out by the FCID.
The lawyer appearing on behalf of the Attorney General had told Court that if Senarath was willing to cooperate, there was no issue regarding his arrest.
Accordingly, the Supreme Court ordered Senarath to cooperate with the FCID investigations.
The petition will be taken up again on November 17.
